I have a lot of serious health issues, but that didn't stop me from buying a 68 dart gt to restore. yes it will take me quite awhile to get all the work done, but I am not going to give up. I have set my mind on finishing it. some days I can barely get out of bed, but I do it because of my passion for mopars. even if it takes me 5 years to complete I am going to stick with it. good luck with your car, (scampman)

After some massive disappointment with fiberglass fitment, here's what I've got. Actually, Fitment isn't the right term. How do you offer a bolt on Hood that you can't even bolt on. It's not like A body hood hinges differ.

Wow. That body shop knows their sh*t, transforming that quarter like that. I'm impressed.

Did the hood vendor have anything to say for themselves?

Great looking car, btw. Love the notchbacks.

They started blocking last weekend. They are extremely happy after prime and block sanding. No major issues/problems, just a couple of little things, so that's good?

So another round of primer and blocking and it'll go to paint.

Also Materials, paint, etc all ordered today. Spent the better half of 3 hours trying to match TT1. Couldn't match the really old, poorly done mid eighties repair paint. 3 different shades of the 'same color's green. I picked in the middle. Sherwin Williams 6-2-7805-00

Sherwin Williams offers the TT1 but only in thier lowest grade of dimensional paint. Apparently they can't make it in a better grade or won't. Painter will only use the 7000 series.
