I’ve looked at 3 online charts and all 3 are different ! Ha. Any real world experience with this setup in my 833? I have a 34 that came out of it. Thanks guys.
Which speedo gear for 3.23 and 255/60/15?

I would run the 34 and see how far off it is and then decide.

The teeth are a little rough in some spots but it should still give me an idea.

Yeah google found me 3 charts and 3 different gear numbers too.... as stated in my original post. Thanks though.
Sometimes it requires trial and error. Not all speedos are created equal. I used the chart for mine recently and I tried a 33T and then a 34T. At the end of the day one way +3-4mph and the other was - 3-4 mph so it was as close as I could get it.
I used the Waze app on my phone for comparison.
I also looked at a few different charts but all pointed to the same gear in my case.

Nothing is exact for sure. I looked up your tire size and the chart I found said it was a 28" tire. Heck, the tire size carts can't even agree. If that was the case you need a 31 tooth. Apparently there is no correct answer here.

255/60-15 is a 26.05" tire. Every chart I have used says to use a 33 tooth gear with 26" tire and a 3.23 gear. I think the real problem is that for it to be "perfect" you'd need it to have more than 32 teeth, but less than 33 teeth.

EDIT: This is wrong: That would be correct, except his tires are on 15" wheels, not 16". 255/60R15 = 26.05" diameter. 33 tooth is closest.

You're right, 27". I must have been looking at some chart wrong, so 32 is the best choice.
