I ran 15.9's at 84 mph with a bone stock 318 2bbl, auto and 2.94's in a B-body. So yes, 15's

I just ran 14.95 at about 95 with a 318 4bbl (120,*** mile 41 year old short block), mild cam, 2.76 gears, stock converter, no headers, but I did home port the heads.

In the lightweight-A, I'd be inclined to guess low 15s .
At 3100# race weight and 235crank hp, that factors to 235/3100=.076-P/W and the book says 13.5 seconds with unlimited suspension. With your chassis, a high 14 second run might even be doable. But that stock TC and those 2.76s are really gonna strangle it.
I had a stock 71 Demon that had went 15.9@ like 79mph,when new, IIRC. It was probably at close to 3400 raceweight tho. Those numbers seem to be pretty accurate. 300 to 400 pounds makes a huge difference.

There's only one way to find out for sure.
I've run in the high 14's with similar running gear in a 3100# car with smaller tires, getting it off the line will be the difference between an e.t. in the 15's vs in the 17's.
That car should easily run in the low 15's
