Winnebago/Sunnybrook Raven 2980BH fifth wheel. Original non-smoking, pet free owners. Other than the vinyl graphics showing their age, and 2 small pieces of trim inside showing a little wear, this is in excellent condition and well maintained. Sleeps 10. 4 single bunks in the bunkhouse. Dinette booth and jack-knife sofa are 2 years old, Goodyear tires are 4 years old, roof has been treated every 2 years, all new wheel bearings 2 years ago, new deep cycle battery and LED tail lights this year. All systems function properly, except for the black tank monitor which has read full for the last 9 years - the float has been eternally stuck. Features include 13,5k BTU ducted AC, and a 34k BTU furnace, electric fireplace, powered front landing gear, 6 gal gas/electric water heater, 8 cu ft gas/electric fridge, outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, sink and 2 burner stove, indoor 3 burner stove/oven, microwave oven, ceiling fan, aluminum 16" wheels. Holding tanks are 50 gal fresh, 84 gal gray and 44 gal black. Black tank flush. Tanks have been emptied and the camper has been winterized. 36ft long, 12ft high, 9800 Lbs dry weight, 12,640 Lbs loaded, pin weight is 2100 Lbs. Don’t worry, all of our “stuff” will be emptied upon sale. You d not get our dishes, cookware, chairs, etc, etc, etc…. Just the camper. Delivery possible within a couple hundred miles, if needed.
I have seen the same year/model listed elsewhere into the upper $20k range. JD Power values the average retail to be $22,500. That being said, we are asking $19,800.
