I have a 1968 Dart GT.It has a 383 in it with a 4 speed. It has an after market, universal bell housing.Things look very tight. It has Fenderwell Hooker Super Comp. Headers on it now.Is there a Header that will work for this application? I had a 67 Dart with a 440,auto.It had TTI,2" Primaries and they fit great.I want to loose the Fenderwell Header. If i am sol on the Headers, are there Manifolds out there i can buy? Thanks Guys..

I remember reading a tech article on www.bigblockdart.com some time ago about what will fit, how it fits and what wont fit. You might pop in over there and nose around and find it. One thing I do know is there are factory BB A body manifolds but every pair I've ever seen are quite expensive though you and I might have a different definition of the word.

Used to be able to access the techpages that were on the old website, but I think they are gone now. Might want to pm abodyjoe and ask him, he is a moderator at BBD..

Try using a hydrolic clutch. I saw one once on an a body. The exh manifolds you can use are refered to called logs and I cant remember what they came off of. but that was before headers for a bodies

Contact Mark at Maddog headers. $595 for a set of big block A body headers.
Here's his website link.

I bought the TTI's for my 383 4spd Formula S & they were 1 3/4"tubes that had huge dings in the tubes for the spark plugs. Needed bigger tubes for my 451, so will go to B body headers or maybe Maddog.

You can use the Pro Parts style headers that Bob Mazzolini sells.
