Hey everyone!

My username is Drache but my first name is Kyle. About a month back I purchased a 1967 Dodge Dart GT. Just a 318 under the hood but it has some pep to it and is no slouch.

I live in Williams Lake, BC Canada.

Welcome to the forum, Kyle. Sounds like you have yourself a really cool car up there. I also had a 318 under the hood of my Duster, it had some good get-up and go too. How about some pictures of the Dart?

The car was originally just a VERY low option 6cyl car. I actually have the certicard and tracked down the grandson of the original owner. The car was purchased by an Insurance Company for a company vehicle.

Right now the car is a really neat brown color. In normal light the car looks like a chocolate brown. But when the sunshine hits the Dart, it turns into a copper sort of color with a metallic flake sparkle.

It needs a lot of work but it'll slowly get there. It's currently my daily driver.

Welcome to FABO from a fellow BC'er and 67 GT owner, that's a sweet looking Dart you picked up.
I see from your fender tag that your car came came from the factory in HH1 Dark Copper Metallic with the P6K copper interior which appears to been changed to black in your car.
There's a member here in Winnipeg who also has a 67 GT built with that same color combo and it looks great.IIRC his username on here is 67DartGT340 and he has a photo gallery with pictures if you're curious how your car would have originally looked.

Your car looks familar somehow, did it come from another part of B.C.?

Hi Kyle, nice Dart. How's Caribou country life these days? I worked at the Pinette and Therian sawmill back in 1974 and a Forestry camp the next year in Horsefly, beautiful country up there.

Welcome to FABO.You,ll get any questions answered and lots of info. in the forums sections.Nice looking car you have there.
