OOF DA! Love the power curve, make a nice street motor.

Awesome. I too would like to know about the accel efi setup, price, ease of setup, etc.
Great numbers, would make a great torquer for a heavy street car.

interested in the fuel injection also.
going to put my 505 in my 68 barracuda that`s on a little diet; hoping for 3400 or less w/ my 210 in it. your engine is identical to mine w/ exception of heads-yours should a little better than mine-mind me asking what the flow rates are on yours?

505" fish
thanks, bob

The Accel stuff is great stuff! Top notch guys to work with as well....

DFI is a good system and has a ton of adaptability. Price depends on options.

We used it last year to get 650hp out of a 416 running E85.

From what I have found using EFI, you dont always make more peak power, but the average power is almost always better.

:prayer:

Ahh yeah! That's mine :) Going into my '74 Swinger. I gotta update build thread soon, finally getting some body work done (I don't do that part, not even badly)

Putting either a T56 or Passons new 5 speed behind it :burnout::burnout:

I'll end up being a majority stock holder in some tire company with this thing!

Thanks Mike!!

Man, I can not even imagine this 650/650(basically) hp/tq engine, in a Dart w/5-6 speed manual. Cricky, that should be fun!

Your welcome James, it was fun to build.

drool! i have the same basic motor just with a baby cam in it right now (.564 lift solid flat comp cams something)... will be the baddest motor ive built/run so im starting easy!

i to have the victor heads, did you do the Max wedge ports? clean up or what??

They are std port, fully ported. I wanted a strong torque curve so I went with the smaller port. I did have to port the intake, as the Victor std port intake is a bit restrictive. We gained almost 50hp from the intake work.

Did you do any work on the heads/intake?

to be honest i just did clean up on the heads, not even blending lol... just painted in the intake...

being i was maybe 16 when i built it i was a little nervous about eeking out any more power but wanted to have room to grow...

good to know on the intake!

what rocker ars did you go with?? i was looking at the muscle motors stuff back when i was getting ready to buy but never did...

I use the Hughes rocker kit. It needs a little tweaking, but once you get it they are spot on.
