71 cuda grill/ tailpanel to 67 cuda? Beatin this idea around..

So ive been beating this idea aroud in my skull for awhile and ive never seen it done before or whether it even can be done. I know that there will be a ton of fabrication involved but im thinkin the reward at the end may be very unique and different which is what im shooting for for this car. Any thoughts on the matter will be appreciated.

Not yet havent had the chance to measure but hopefully i can get some measurements sometime in the next couple weeks
 
..............i would think the 71 stuff is too wide.....but if it works that would be awesome.................kim.........
 
I thought about it being too wide and i was hoping i could somehow trim down some of the grill and tailpanel. The more i look at it the more i feel as tho it could be done. It would be awesome to see that. Ive always loved those grills and tailights.. Just cant afford an actual 70 cuda yet lol
 
Thats true but i gotta work with what i have for now. My wife wouldnt be to keen on me getting another car within the next 5 years lol
 
similar idea, I was wondering how a new Challenger headlights might graft into 67-69 barracuda grille.
 
THey do like cool but im not a fan of the new chargers. Thr challengers r cool but im tryin to stick with the cuda theme

Thankya very much! Im excited to get started on it i will find a way to pull it off. Somehow... Ill be gettin started on it soon and will prob start a thread on it
