So I was wondering around Mecum's October auction in St. Charles, Il. I haven't seen a Mr. Norm 1971 GSS 340 six pack Demon. There were actually two there. Both were really nice. One had a Volo Auto Museum sticker on it, here's the link to see it: http://www.volocars.com/1971-dodge-demon-heavily-documented-mr.-norm-demon-340-gss-c-2897.htm . This one was an auto and the other was a stick. Nice car. Tempting for an old Dart guy. I'll have to check back and see what they got for it. There was also a 69 Dart GTS stick and another other Duster/Demon. More than I usually see. Have to check the photos I took.

Light green GSS was the stick.

I talked to the guy with the Dart and his reserve was $25k. At the time he said if it didn't make reserve he'd take it home. Engine compartment wasn't repainted, engine wasn't redone and some other stuff made me think he was a little high. It sold for $18,500.

The next day:
The yellow automatic GSS went for $32,000. The cuda is a 383 which was a numbers matching 69 and went for $22,500.

The other GSS is 1 of around 4 ever built as a 4spd. Most were automatics.

That yellow one might be the same one that was on ebay a couple weeks ago 50k buy it now, was an estate sale or something, some guys dads car, and he said if it didn't sell on ebay it was going to auction.

The first soft Yellow Demon one is want I would want..

I'd take the 2nd One since there are only 3 others. Unless it's a clone.

That T5 copper dart with white interior sticker is 29000 on a website ...

Both had documentation. Waiting to see what they sell for. One goes on the block today and the other on Saturday. I imagine they are both beyond my pocket book.

That's a good price if it is what it looks like

It's probably a fair price for what I saw when I was there the first day. Engine wasn't redone, engine compartment wasn't repainted with the rest of the car, there were a number of small details he overlooked, I didn't look at the undercarridge or trunk.

Now the yellow GSS was beautiful. Looked like a qualtiy job.
