Yes but generic shades in spray cans, like shadow blue that will cover hundreds of models from the different mfgrs.
If you need something like Chrylsers 67 metallic red for interior vinyl you would have to have the paint vendor custom mix it in a quart rts.
 
this is rustolieum satin black , came out very nice. this cost me $3.99 to restore.

x2 on the rust-oleum black textured. It was a little hard to get the texture even but some light finish misting helped that.

That is good to know. My interior is RED but I don't believe anything in it is a metallic. My dash is a Flat Red Color with the bumps in it. I want to match it as close as possible.

There is a bright red and metallic red in the vinyls . Bright red and medium red carpets too. The metallic vinyl looks a bit like what GM calls firethrorn. Both vinyl colors have the same shade of red on the dash steel, etc..
Color can be deceiving in pics but... most of your vinyl does look metallic red to me.
Either way you will need a different paint for your dash steel from whats everywhere else.
 
Any flaws in the dash cap ? If not, wanna sell it ?

I agree with using SEM products. I used SEM hotrod black on the dash of my 66. It is a almost a matt finish single stage paint and is easy to lay down,
