I know I am not the only one here who loves the 57-58 Plymouth, and my favorite movie is Christine so obvisouly I love the 58 Fury the best, infact, its a dream car of mine! Feel free to post any pics of 57-58 Plymouth's you have!!

My understanding is the car was a 4 door in the book but the 2 door in the movie sure looks sweet.

Yes it is 4 door in the book. I read the book 6 months before the movie came out.
That was a long time ago. (must be getting old).

'57 Savoy "Fire Lady"
This car was in a couple of magazines a few years ago. It belongs to a friend. He locked the original 301 up back in 2008 shooting flames at the Greasearama in K.C. I've been storing it for him for awhile.

BTW, what's this thing worth? He was trying to sell it to me about a month ago. I'm trying hard to resist buying it.

yep, and Dennis drives a Duster.


...the part I could never understand (in the book) was Dennis being so amazed that Christine's speedometer went up to 120. Didn't he ever look at his own speedo???
 
My 80 year old great uncle's first brand new car was a 57 Plymouth 4 door plaza with a v8 in red and cream. I have a black and white picture of it somewhere... I absolutely love 57-8 and 60 Plymouths!
