Has anyone used products from Prospray or Valspar (automotive grade) to paint their car? That's all this body shop supply place carries. I can't afford $500 a gallon PPG sold at another place. What about shopline paints? Thanks.

if I were on a budget I would look at PPG Omni or BASF limco Supreme plus. around 200 gal w/reducer and hardener/catalyst.

Look around. For example, Sikkens, big name big dollar has a "generic" called Wanda. Perhaps PPG or someone else has an off brand they sell under their banner? Keep trying, you'll find one.

I've been using PPG for 26 years. Shopline has good clear, but I wouldn't use their basecoat if it has metallic in it. If it's a solid color, Shopline would be fine. Shopline is the same thing as Omni, with a different label, but it's all made by PPG.

What color are you going with? If it's available to me I can get it to you for half the cost. Just wanted to let you know.

Looks like an LS400 in your picture :) One of my favorite spray guns ever :)

hi guys,
I'm wondering if anyone here have or know where I can locate a wiring digram
for a 1975 plymouth duster, just recently replaced the 318 to a 360 and the wiring was mess ,and I would like to rewire from the inside to under the hood.
Also I have a issue with starting the unit,i replaced the starter as well as the
battery /starter wire and I must have a MIA because I can only start it with a
screw driver across the solenoid ,don't know if a fuse is blown or a wire is
missing,,,
Thanks

Wanda is great stuff too. I used their product quite a bit when i was out in TX and loved their base. It covers great. Their clear flows super nice too
