I've received requests over the past year asking for a copy of my Cyclone Headers instructions. So, for those of you that need these for your early A body here it is. I also have a full-on template that I made from the install on my 64. I'll post those later.

Also, maybe we can get the mods to post this in the tech section?

Now we need someone to start making these again.

There may be hope! Talked with member and with a lot of luck, there may be somebody that could do up some sets with a donor set. Stay tuned...

I got a set, but they are very rough. My guy in AZ never got back with me about the outfit that would make them with a pattern supplied by me and a CNC tube bender program that could have these headers emailed and popped out by China in a $149 DIY weld up kit form if everything went as planned...but it never happened.

How about some pics of the actual headers? Are they fenderwell headers?

Good Lord! That's a blast from the past.....lol. Back in the day, I hacked the fenderwells out of two or three 65 Barracudas to install Cyclone fenderwell headers. I was just a poor kid out in the sticks, with no torch or air tools, so I did it with a hammer and chisel. Not easy to do, and my left index finger knuckle is deformed to this day where I missed the chisel a few times....lol. I know they cost a lot more, but I am very thankful for the Dougs D450's I have laying in the garage to go on my current 65 Barracuda project. Thanks for the great pics, and the trip down memory lane! :)

I have a right side but the left was destroyed. If someone had a good left or drivers side I could buy then I could use mine.
