Greetings! I've tried to find the answer in other posts but it's still a little confusing!

I have purchased a 64 Dart Convertible with a 273 V8(non-comando) 904 pushbutton automatic!

I am installing a Stroked 360ci with a 70's newer 904 w a aftermarket cable shift!

My ?'s are will the original motor mount brackets bolt up to the 360 block (w/ new motor mounts of course) and will the original 904 trans mount work on the newer 904!

:banghead: Thanks everyone!

You can use the mounts you have now, but a bolt hole needs to be added to the right side bracket. The Mopar Chassis book has a nice picture in the Engine Swaps chapter.

273 4bbl in dart is a charger engine. 273 4bbl in cuda is comando. FYI.

Also used my originals, as stated only right side need changed. Left side can be used as-is w/ a few washers as spacers. Can post pics if needed.

You can use this for a guideline.

did the 904 your using come with the 360? remember the 360 is externally balanced. you will lose the park with that cable and that newer trans.
