I just got my first Mopar project car 1969 Dart GT convertible. It has a 360 CID motor with headers. A parts guy has offered to sell me HP manifolds (factory originals) which I would prefer because the header hang too low. He is asking $350 for the set. Is this a fair price if they are in good condition?

yes that is a fair price if they are in good shape.....you are looking for part number 2863553 and 2863549

If they are '70 and older 340 manifolds, i would say yes.
But then again, you're half way there to good headers like Doug's or TTI.
Your call.

Or put some 1.03bars on it with quality shocks, and put the ride height up a tad.
I guess it all depends on your intended use.
Trebleg sells some very nice manifolds, as well.
And what Dartnut didnt mention, and what you may not know is, is that those headers go above the steering system. They are high enough to not drag on anything.I've tried. And they last a really long time. And my 15 year old TTIs never need retorquing.

Check the casting no's on those and make sure they are what you want. In my opinion, they are worth less unless they come with "at least stubs" of head pipes

Yes the TTI headers are really well built , should last the life of the car , heaviest headers I've ever had . And they sit high up above the centre link , if they bottom out you have a serious problem .

TTI or Dougs.. Have them both. You won't go wrong either way.
