Hi Guys

my engine small block 318 with 300/350cv ..'ll throw 100/150 nitrous .. I need a torque converter with Anti-Plate Ballooning ?? is required???

Thanks

Check out FTI torque converters for mopars. Either their site or Jegs carries them. Even ebay now has them. I got one for my 727 in 9.5 inch and 3400-3600 stall. They are efficient @ low speeds and are rated to 700+ horsepower I believe. Also anti ballooning standard! So its features are impressive. They are a little spendy @ $600+ but you get what you pay for! Ohh also they have 7/16 mounting pads for stronger fastener strength!

That's cheap, for a good converter..( to the o.p. ..Yes ,buy a good converter.. )Edge/ Turbo Action/ Continental ,off the cuff.. Others ,will come along & suggest.. Be patient,on responses please.. Be honest on your expectations ,& possible future modifications.to us,& to the torque converter company you choose..)

I found very interesting the TCI Super StreetFighter 142322 .. has Anti-Ballooning Plate .. 10 inch and 3600 stall

Negatively, no.. on TCI out of the box, period. 20 years ago, hell yes.. Now garbage box lunch, your stuck with it. ( Why I asked for combination specs, you can't buy a good converter out of the box, especially Mopar.. Buy a custom one, been here & done that.

You will not get a GOOD converter for your setup off the shelf. It will have to be custom made FOR YOUR APPLICATION. Contact any of the converter builders others have mentioned in this post and your other post, with the specifications of your engine combo, tire size, diff. ratio.
