i have a 727 transmission in my back yard that i need help identifying the vin is as follows
VIN: PK 4130976 6823 9000
i know that PK= kokomo transmission plant
and that 9000= 9000th transmisson made
but i cant figure out the other 2, if anyone could help that would be great.

Thats a small block 727 from a 80s Aspen,Cordoba,Mirada, 360 motor

thank you, i was wondering if you know where i can find a 27 spline HS torque converter. this is what it came with it was out of a police cruiser. so it is a heavy duty "A727A". where can i find a master rebuild/overhaul kit for it?
 
The partial VIN is on the opposite side from that number, look for a raised pad on the bellhousing.

I also am having that problem- the number on the pan rail is ARPK40284125538-3191 then there is another #4028191 and on the tail shaft is 0530513-what do they all mean. Is there a site I can go to? can not find any info in my original Chrysler parts manuals
