I have a 65 dart 273 all original 2 barrel. I bought a 66 Dodge Dart 273 4 barrel car that had a rebuilt engine. I'm having a hell of a time using the 66 engine in the 65 car. Same engine mounts seems like the oil pan slightly different. are the oil pans different? Dustin

They should be the same. Who knows what pan they put on with the rebuild. Alot can change in 50 years. Take the 2bbl pan and use it on the 4bbl engine.

That does not make sense... Engines & engine bays are identical between 65\66... There is only one k-member and if both cars were original 273 V8 cars.... They have the same center link???? Just what are you having a problem with??? Pictures might help???⚓

I agree I figured they were the exact same. I took the oil pan off the 65 and will put it on the 66. As far as I know the 66 was the original pan but not for certain. Dustin

Yes same center link. I would have taken some pictures but I already pulled engine out to swap the oil pan. Dustin

Biscuit mounts and " ice cream sandwich" mounts? One is about 1 inch tall, and one is like 4 inches tall. That will alter the pan off the center link big time.
