FedEx driver left this at my door today. I plan a complete thread.

You'll be sorry if you use that, so just send it to me and be free of the hassle. :D

Lol, I'll keep that in mind, just in case I'm not happy with a smooth idle, instant throttle resonse and better gas mileage. Woo hoo, I can't wait. I have decided to install a brand new gas tank from Tanks Inc, along with a new Walbro pump and new sending unit, just to head off the fuel starvation issues. As soon as the fuel system parts arrive I will get started.

I would have a bit of a hard time concentrating on anything if that was sitting around here in the box. :D

More goodies at the door today! I am trying to avoid running out to the garage right now! I am going to keep the Dart together for the cruise next Friday. I have a job where I have to travel so I typically only have the weekends. I plan to start next Saturday.

Same stuff under my Demon, as you saw.......sending unit ,in my opinion was a piece of cake. And if set up properly, is dead nuts accurate. Just sayin'....

"Never buy a carburetor again" suggests "Instead, buy/replace various other components from time to time". A post above suggests this starts right out of the gate. Good luck with it.

Thanks RedFish, I will take lots of photos. The idea of making timing and fuel adjustments from the driver's seat is really appealing.

Looking forward to learning more about this and how well things go

good stuff
I sure hope so, I see a lot of people having success with this kit. I am going to take IronMike's advice (he's been extremely helpful THANKS MIKE!) and just get the fuel injection going first and then get the timing control dialed in. Trust me it won't be very long before I use the timing control. I plan to start on this on Saturday, stay tuned.

I have the exact set up for the Duster sitting in my family room! Unfortunately life has slowed down progress and I am nowhere near ready to install. Looking forward to watching this thread. Good luck! Lots of pictures please!

You got it, I have benefited from a lot of these threads, now it's my turn to give back. Lots of pics, I promise.

Almost home! Just boarded my plane back to Pittsburgh in Charlotte. I want to get out my garage to empty out my trunk and get everything ready for Saturday!

You should send it to me so I can put it in my Duster.

Nice!!
Curious... Does the pump need to be the in-tank variety or can an external pump with return line work just as well? IM thinking on my 69 Dart, running the 71 tank with return line available and external pump. Any thoughts, maybe someone has the answer here :)
Thanks!, IM going to follow this one!
