Thanks, it does look like the wheel color, it is sort of a flat Silver...

It is Argent Silver wheel paint
I used the argent silver wheel paint on 67 cuda console, and it turned out awesome! I think 66 is the same.
I used black shoe polish on the console itself to renew and even out the finish. Console has some nicks etc. When its black its very noticeable. Cleaning the console and then applying liquid shoe polish was a nice temporary fix.
