Thank you, he also finds the names of the last two owners before him on bills. We find them on facebook and contact them. After that we got the name of an other past owner, but did not talk to him yet. I now have history of my car from 1990 to now.. missing 19 years of it's life. None of them had pics of the car..

My 71 Duster has the same steering wheel, but in black, no interior decor group, but front disc brakes.

The two (!!!) aftermarket sun-roofs look crazy, but I have seen such things also here in Europa, mainly on Swiss cars. We had the same sun-roof-craze in the early 80s. I remember a Challenger with two sunroofs installed identically as on Your Duster. Looks kinda funny, when they are open.

I pretty don't like that sunroof.. I took it off the car and have a spare roof that I'm gonna use the roof skin to put on mine, will looks way better :)

Engine is almost finish. 416 stroker with stock appearence, low compression for gas pump, date-coded repro part, original restored 1971 340 thermoquad. TTI ceramic headers are coming for it.

Looks nice! Who built your engine?

Shouldn't a 71 340 have a Carter AVS carb? Thought they went to Thermoquads in 72
Mostly every 340 in 1971 had the Carter Thermoquad, that carb is really rare, it was a one year only model.

Original paint under hood with older decals from previous owners. Restored heater motor and 3-speed wiper motor from S.F. Restoration in Québec. New engine wirring harness from M&H

I had a donor roof for my roof job. Didnt want to put new aftermarket sheetmetal on it or patch the sunroof hole. That roof came with the car when I bought it.

The job could not be better. All the spotwelds were remove from the two roofs. No sheetmetal was cut.

Nice restoration, I can vouch for the drum brakes on 340 cars, I have an H code cuda', 70 model with drums.
Drums suck, dump them as fast as you can, while the sheet metal is still pretty.

Semi-gloss black 340 A-Body wheels today, will be mounted on originals Goodyear Polyglass E70x14 and dog dish.
