I think it will depending on your air cleaner base plate. With the right "drop" (carb base plate) you should be able to get enough space. What intake are you running right now???

Right now the 360 is in a Dodge pickup with a stock Carter AFB carb stock manifold cuda still has it's original formula S 273 that I'm pulling for the 360 because it has 128 thou miles and uses oil badly I'm considering eldelbrock top end upgrades to 360 before swap. I'd like to keep the upgrades down below 3 grand . So my plan is to keep 360 bottom end untouched hopefully upgrade to eldelbrock heads /cam/lifters/ and carb . Just ordered Doug's headers this is so i can possibly drive it to Chrysler nationals

I have an AG on my 360 in a 68 Barracuda. I forget what filter box I used to run. I cut a hole in my hood in about 2004, and mounted a filter right on the hood. Then I sealed the Carb to the bottom of the hood. Fresh cold air! She loved it.
But prior to 2004, back to 99, it had run an underhood 14",aftermarket system.

I suggest storing the original 273. You may want to go "numbers matching" sometime in the future if your Barracuda is an original Formula S.
Same with the transmission and rearend if you upgrade those as well.
Even if you don't want to go back to "numbers matching", a future buyer might and having the original driveline will increase the resale value.

You will need a drop base to use that intake.
I got the drop base and air cleaner from Mancini Racing.

I have a 67 cuda running a 360 with AG and dropped based air filter under stock hood. I have about a half inch clearance between filter hat and hood. My carb is a Holley HP 750. No spacer between carb and intake.
