Neon Ride

When the boys come out to play!:D

Well, it was time again to hit the streets with our cars and we headed for the city. Night time and all those neon lights, cool old cars, gearheads - it was a hell of a fun again^^ Quite a lot of traffic this time, 'cause taxis drove all the weekend party people around - Woo girls included:D But it was fun and we had some "new" old cars with us. Three A-Bodies, two E-Bodies, one B-Body and two GMs

1965 Barracuda Commando V8
1966 Barracuda (273 2bbl)
1970 Challenger (440 SixPak)
1971 Challenger Conv. (HP 383)
1971 Duster 340
1971 Road Runner (HP 383)
1975 Le Sabre (455)
all matching numbers:)

And when I drove home with the other fish-driver, all of the sudden a 68 GTO with a 400 mill and shifter (original Royal Bobcat Pontiac!) passed me. So we stopped at the Burger King and had some fun there, as you can see in the video:steering::D

Well 'nuff said, now some pics!

Now the HD-video:

Around 6min. long incl. an american graffiti tribute.^^ And ' cause I watched Dazed and Confused not so long ago I had to use my favorite College/High School Anthem as the first song in the vid:D

Have some fun watching it!!!

Yeah, I misspelled Frank Marino & Mahogany Rush - damn autocorrect...:BangHead:

Cool video and pic's thanks for posting BTW are those cars that you guys had brought over recently or were they brought over new and been restored?

It differs...

The ivory Barracuda, the Duster and the Challenger convertible were imported to Austria as new export-cars in the 60s and 70s. All three cars are restored, but yet years ago...
The yellow Barracuda came about thirty years ago to Austria.
The blue Challenger and the the green GTO are the most recent imports.
The Roadrunner and the Lesabre were imported some years ago.

More about export cars - especially about the Duster - You may read in my garage.

I read through the garage, for those members here that havent you should, there is some interesting stories there and info I did not not know, like the fact there was a factory over there that produced some low numbers of these cars, thanks again.

Yeah, the cars for Austria were quite different (most of the time they were ordered with hd suspension and so on) and in fact these cars were very expensive.
Here is a pic of my fish back in 1965 in Vienna

More you can read in my garage or here: My new early A-Body with a 273c.i. 4bbl....

Thanks. I got a hero5 session as a gift recently and have been wondering if that suction mount would stick to the car for a long time.

I already drove 65/70 mph with a GoPro on the car. Also mounted on the fender it works perfect.

WOW, great video! Thanks for sharing. You guys were having wayyyy too much fun:).

Always fun doing a u-turn in our old girls, huh!

That was way cool, and I liked the music!
Definitely captured the spirit of a fun night out.
I need to organise a pack cruise like that, looks like you guys had a blast, and some damn nice cars!
