I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem,
I have a set of new Wheel Vintiques SBP Rallyes. The front (stock KH) wheel hub on my 71 Dart is slightly too big for the wheel center of the new wheel . When I say slightly I mean a couple of hairs. I had the wheels on the car not completely flush/ not right, and had a hard time pulling them off. What's the solution ? grind a mill off?

The only problem with you grinding or milling is if you don't do it right you ruin the wheels and you are stuck.
Best thing to do is get a hold of Wheel Ventiques and let them know what is going on.
They might have the correct wheels with the right center bore and be able to swap them out for you.
This I imagine would be if you bought them first hand.

My Vintiques center hole is quite a bit bigger. by maybe 3/8". The lug nuts center and hold the wheel on. I check them often.

my WV steelies are like that as well and the stamping for the lugs is raised so the wheel is actually held away from drums and uses the lug nuts with the angled end .I only have their wheels on the back .

Did you grind the center hole slightly larger ?

What? Mopars were center register 2 13/16 off the KH line. I have had to kick nutless stock rims off Mopars at the wrecking yard. They were hub centric stock. Aftermarket wheels were usually not so as to cover ford and mopar in the 4.5 BC market.

I do not have this problem, but if I did I would sand a bit off the rotor

We put WV 15 inch ralleys on the rear of Jake's 65 and they fit the axle perfectly..... could the KH front hubs be a frog hair bigger than the rear center? I'd have the hubs turned down a mil or 2 and be done with it.

Common problem with guys using mustang wheels. I took a wheel and both rotors to my machine shop and had them spin the rotor snouts down to the correct size.
