Mine had a separation crack about 1/8" wide, right in the 12 o`clock position, other than that it was in fair shape. I filled the 1/8" gap w/ black permatex ultra gasket maker, then put a 1/4" wide, about a 1/16" thick coating around the outside of the rim, before installing a new perforated black leather steering wheel cover, laced it up tight -per instructions. It is very tite and definitely will not slip or squirm around. I am completely satisfied w/ it, and didn`t cost much to make look like new. I'm ordered the cover for a 15" wheel on e bay. jfyi ---bob

Thanks Guys; Great video. At leat I know what to buy . I use por15 all the time, didn't know they made epoxy though.
