It was posted separately above, but these new 73 manuals should also have the 73/ 74 disk brake info as well

Sure would like to see a thread on here for a 74 Dart 360 manual

But I haven't been able to find anything except on ebag.

There is one for a 73 which has been pretty close so far.

I forgot what you bought, I remember you came up to Michigan (I think) to pick up a car.

If you're doing a complete restore, then a factory service manual is a must, IMO.

You can easily grab one online, and have it sent to you. I have spoken with these folks person to person and they have a truckload of all forms of literature for our cars.

Nice bunch of folks. I just bought a FSM for my 74.

A great deal of the stuff in the 73 books are the same as 74. Take the wiring with a bit of salt, and there might be changes in some of the smog doo dads. But mechanical, front end, brakes, etc all same as 73

You're correct and that would get them through.

I gotta tell ya though, you're always preaching FSM's and after buying mine, it's very important. I can do "most" things on my car with the aid of folks on here, and 40 years of playing with them has certainly taught me a lot. But the FSM is hands down way better than a Chiltons, Haynes etc. I was amazed at the difference, I have both that we have grabbed at yard sales for 50 cents or a buck. I usually grab them when I see them just to have them..

I bought my FSM specific to year, because there are some things that escape me, like wiring. Also the book has all of the torque specs and anything else one needs to work on these old girls.

Yeah and it's been a slow process. Every time I go to do something I run into a snag. Like the temperature sensor. Everyone swears its on the intake on a 360 but mine is on the engine block. There was no dust cover on the tranny so I bought one off of ebay and it did not come with the removable insert so I had to make one. Went to go put the starter in, had it tested that was a no go so I had it rebuilt. Now I am running into problems with my leaf spring shackles. I have a local place I am going to go to to see if they can help me out. I'm so close I can almost smell the rubber burning now. I want to get it on the road before it snows and time is running out.

thanks in advance!

If you are referring to the cluster itself, few of the manuals show that. Start a thread on this, and post a good clear photo of the rear of the cluster. They are easy to figure out. Likely "already one" on the www LOL

Can someone show me the link to the 72 Dart/Demon FSM at MyMopar? I keep seeing people say it’s there but I clearly don’t see it.
