I was channel surfing and was watching Graveyard Carz (episode Mopardy). He said he was going to restore a 69 Cuda and had documentation showing there were 130 of them made. I have an A53 car and was wondering where I can find the paperwork he showed. I have a 69 Formulas "S" fastback. It's a 340 car with a/c & automatic. I have no idea of how many were made. If anyone car help me I would appreciate it. Thank you.

There is a registry site....

Somewhere. I've seen it before quite a while ago.

I want to say 600 each auto and 4 speed 440 cars, so 340 cars should be a LOT more.

Thank you for taking the time to look into this for me. Got another question if you don't mind. My car is complete & original. It has 41,000 on it. I'm going thru with restoring it but was wondering about something. Found a 67 fastback and a 69 convertible for sale. Both are borderline parts cars. Both sellers want a lot more for them. They would both require years of work to finish them. The 67 fastback was supposedly a 383 car with frt disc brakes & four speed. It now has a 440 that doesn't run. It's been sitting for years (and Years). Heavy rust. The convertible needs a lot of work. The owner has it pulled apart and bought a 360 to replace the original 318. They're both rats. Out of the three cars which one would be worth the most if they were restored? Does matching numbers really matter anymore? I would say the 67 and convertible would need at least 10-15k to restore. Thank you again for your help.

There were 1,431 340-S fastbacks built. There is NO breakdown for auto vs 4 speed.
Looking at 383 cars, there were more 4 speeds built than autos......so i would say your auto is a little rarer than a 4 speed!!

BB-Dave: Thank you for the production numbers.

Thank you both for your help with the production #'s. I don't know if your aware of this but Facebook also has a Mopar swap & sale section. There's a big block S car on it if your interested.
I'm not on facebook....what year is the car and fastback, notch or convert?

Is there some kind of link to it? I think my wife is on FB
