Members, I am cloning my 65 Dart GT into a 65 Dart GT Charger. The 65 Dart Charger has a notch, which I need to add, in the rear valance. Can anyone help me with the size of the notch and it's placement in the rear valance? I need the width, height, and a measurement to the center of the notch from the left seam where the rear valance meets the driver side rear quarter at the valance bottom. Any help on this? Greatly appreciated. Old Dart 66.
I found the measurements for the resonator tip notch on the rear valance of a 1965 Dodge Dart Charger. The measurements are as follows: 6.25 inches from the bottom inner edge of the driver side fender where the fender meets the rear valance to the start of the notch. The notch is 6.125" wide, and the notch measures 1.625 inches high from the bottom edge of the valance as the tape measure follows the curve of the valance. Just for future reference should anyone need the information.
