First day driving the dart. Months on jack stands and this **** happens..

Drove the dart to the liquor store across the street from our shop to buy a red bull.
Came out to a crushed rear valance.



There is a special place in hell for this person.

Any one in the SF bay area got a 71 rear valance for sale?

Yeah my car is a POS rust bucket to most folks but to me it aint....
Its thousands of hours after work and stupid amounts of money.
It's my pride and joy.
 
You drove to a liquor store for a Red Bull? You do know the kind of people who drive to liquors stores, don't you? They may of had a couple and may not necessarily care about driving a whole lot...
 
A fender bender at the liquor store is much better than a fender bender at the strip club. Seriously, maybe the store has a camera that captured footage of the incident?

I'd bet there's a security tape... But it might only be a day at a time.
I'm not sure I'd hit a liquor store either. There or a place that draws a lot of kids and families. Always seems to eb incidental damage done at those places.
 
That sucks. Some people are a so absolutely oblivious when they drive they likely never realized they hit someone. Surveillance video would be handy because if they got out and looked at the damage and drove away then its hit and run.

In California isn't pretty much every store a liquor store? Its not like here in Oregon where there are dedicated stored for liquor.

I can't remember his screen name but he had a 2 barrel shotgun style airscoop poking through the hood, with eyes painted on the butterflies

Some joker came by and scratched his car all up

That’s the kind of **** that doesn’t happen to random people. Probably hockey related......
