Wont cost me anything but aggravation. Wheels for less. Covered.

I'll make it in the Fall.....Spring is when I go to my local show a mile from my house...

If those are big bolt, just find a pair of plain steel wheels and drive up on those (small bolt being a little harder to find). I'd loan you a couple if I was closer.

Can you borrow some wheels/tires from someone. If I was down that way, I'd pull wheels/tires off of one of my vehicles.
 
Just spent ton of money on upgrades to maybe do the Willow springs track but for sure, the Malibu cruise. No way I'm driving that car over 150 miles one way, then hammering it on the track, then cruising the coast to Malibu, with a inner tubed wheel that is def/cracked! Or skinny *** borrowed wheel. But appreciate the advice non the less...:thumbsup:
 
Well, I wouldn't do Willow on it, but unless you think it's structurally defective, the inner tube should be fine. I've put 100K hard miles on spoked wheels with inner tubes.

8:00 am Course open to the first group
8:00 am New Driver instruction class and ride along instruction
5:00 pm Track Closed
6:30 pm Dinner

Friday - April 13, 2018
---We start our show with our Spring Fling Malibu Cruise---
Driving Cruise from Woodley Park to Malibu for lunch; 50+ cars. Don't miss it!!
9:30 am meet at Woodley Park
10:00 am Leave Woodley Park
Stop at the Famous Rock Store on Mulholland Drive
Cruise down Pacific Coast Highway
1:00 pm Lunch in Malibu on Pacific Coast Highway
Return to Woodley Park, Van Nuys

Manufacturers Midway Setup
1:00 pm Start
End at Dusk (7:00 pm)

Saturday - April 14, 2018
---Spring Fling 32 Show - Show and Shine Only, No Judging, Open Parking---
7:00 am Spring Fling entry gate open for car show and swap meeters
10:00 am Entry gate closes; Please do not arrive at 10:03 am as the rangers lock the gate at 10:00 am sharp
**All vehicles must remain parked as a park rule between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm**
1:00 pm Exit gate open
4:00 pm Show closes

Sunday - April 15, 2018
---Spring Fling 32 Show - Judging Day, Parked by Class---
7:00 am Spring Fling entry gate open for car show and swap meeters
10:00 am Entry gate closes (**All vehicles remained parked as a park rule**)
10:00 am Judging begins
1:00 pm Exit gate open
2:30 pm Spring Fling Car Show award presentation
4:00 pm Show Closes
 
Sure wish I could have been there! Next year come Hell or high water....
 
What a cool show & great weekend!! Kudos to the Mopar Gods for the perfect weather & @autoxcuda for hosting the event :thumbsup:

Just arrived home a bit ago....I took lots of pics :D
 
Saturday I was in the swap trying to get rid of much of my leftovers, only did about $500, some good stuff didn't sell.

On Sunday I took the Polara, they had us practically in the parking lot. I didn't officially enter the show, I came in on the day two of the swap. There were no other emergency vehicles and the other car belongs to the class judge. They ended up bringing a different judge over who did a cursory judging and I ended up with another 1st place, in the box it goes. It is always nice to get the cars out and visit with people

Nice car...Loved the color!! I have more pics to post of that car. Scheduled production date was 17 days before mine. Very early 72 build date :)
