Good grief! It can't possibly run with that mess for a wiring system. I TOTALLY agree with Doug.S. Rip it all out and buy new. FWIW, complete factory correct harnesses for under hood are not terribly expensive. However, if under the hood looks that bad, what might it look like under the dash.

Recycle the copper in there now and a person could probably buy a new harness.
