what fan shroud did everyone use when they did there 5.9 magnum swap using the stock fan, pullets for the magnum?

Did you try the stock unit? Re-pops are pricey.

anyone know if the stock shroud will fit a 19.5 diameter fan? still needs the 1/2 clearance added

When I swapped out the /6 for a 5.9 Magnum, I used the radiator and fan that was in the car, along with the fan and fan clutch that dad had put in years ago. I did have to move the radiator up about a half inch, and then turn the fan shroud upside down. It didn't have the "Caution Fan" flag on top so it worked. I think I just got lucky. The hole for the fan on this shroud is off-center, but lined up perfectly side-to-side once I flipped it over. Like I said, it rubbed on the top so I had to raise the whole rad assembly up slightly by elongating the bottom of the holes in the radiator bracket. I don't know if my Trans-Dapt motor mount adapters is holding the motor too high is why or what, but I made it work. If I have to change the radiator I'm not sure if I'm going to get so lucky. I also have no idea what the clutch-fan assembly came from, I have no idea if California '70 /6 Dusters even had clutch-fans or not. I think dad picked it up the from Pick-N-Pull years ago, or maybe it's factory type part I'm not sure. I also had to purchase the little hose adapter insert from Dayco (part 76950) because the lower hose nipple on the radiator was one size smaller than the hose for the V8. Car runs surprisingly cool at 160.

I put a 5.9 Magnum in my '68 Barracuda. I spent some time looking for something that would fit, but I had to make my own shroud out of sheet metal.
