Boy has she gone through changes!
  • Went through the engine
  • Rebuilt the suspension front and back
  • New brakes all around
  • Complete re-wiring
  • Rebuilt the transmission
  • New wheels and tires
  • New radiator
Etc....

Still loving it!

absolutely I have a 67 barracuda but I had it for 33 years... I busy with the resto. she will be breathing by the end of next month.

Never cared for notch back cars, but yours looks real nice.

You've been busy, for sure!

Didn't you completely buff the car too??

I love the look of your car!!

Nice car! Is that a 68 factory color on exterior?

No....it was born FF1 Light Metallic Green.....previous owner must have changed it.....
But this current color is basically Frost Blue - a Mopar color.

Yes.....spent a LOT of time trying to bring to paint back to life!

Thanks guys!
I just got back from a nice drive in her.....runs flawlessly!

I love the notch back.....I wouldn't have bought it if it was a fast back....I'd still be saving for an e-body.....and probably still not have a Cuda!

Jeff here is my daily driver. I've had it 20 years funny thing, I was looking for a 70-74 Barracuda when I came across this Challenger (original owner to boot) in the old Auto Trader Magazine. The Valiant is my play car and just bought it in Jan. from a friend of mine. Not my first choice but the more I work on it,drive it and look at it the more I like it. With that being said I'd trade them both off for a 67-68 fastback Cuda or a 68-69 Road Runner. I would really like a Road Runner as my Dad had a new 69 Road Runner when I was a kid (8 years old at the time).
Again nice car and keep up the good work.
