VS29H/ GY3 Curious Yellow/ AT-A31-3:91 Posi./ parked in 1988, bought 2005, stored since 2017. Needs new interior and engine refresh. Great father-son project to finish together since body/paint finished. Owned and built many but this was my last as unable.

SWEET car/color!!!!
So is it column or console auto?

So the engine needs to be removed, disassembled, checked, potentially fully rebuilt? What other mechanical systems need to be addressed (brakes+lines, tranny, rear end, cooling system including the fan shroud, etc.) ? What condition are the bumpers, sharktooth grill, all lenses ?

Concerning the interior, besides new seat covers, what is the condition of everything else i.e. the dash and bezel, the headliner, door panels, door sills, handles, carpet, etc. ?

Just trying to get an idea as what the total outlay might be, including the items needed not limited to those listed above.

Do you have a photo of the fender tag and / or broadcast sheet ?

GLWS ....

The drive train is untouched. It was parked in1988 because of the previous owners driving record. The owner also said the only mechanical problem was kick down linkage. Drum brakes. All interior was mildew and rat nests. So carpet destroyed. Arm rests worn. Black/gray bench with middle pull down. Column auto. Dash/gauges need refurbished, corner broke off end of dash bezel. Needs headliner. Door panels good shape. Bumpers need replaced or rechromed. All glass good shape, needs new windshield.Only part I removed was the original Thermoquad and ran it on my other 71 Duster. I bought the car because of the color, numbers matched, and the metal work was not extensive for these cars. I replaced right quarter, lower partial left quarter, partial front left floor, and full right side front floor. After 45 years in custom auto body I seldom have put filler in hoods, but I did in this one with intention of buying a new one. Just did not like the aftermarkets I saw. That is my only problem with the vehicle, filler in the hood and in the front of both fenders. Dash pad needs few small repairs. Sharkstooth grill needs minor repair. No broadcast sheet and I can send a pic of the fender tag.
