Cliff did LED's on his super nice AZ 65, check his out. Not halos but you can get them easy enough.

Same size as a Jeep conversion or go buy a set at the junk yard that aren’t sealed beam. Just order that and get Leds. Then do what dan says for the wiring. A new headlight lens kit runs 60-120 bucks online for h4 I believe. Then do the wiring for Leds. Worth it. I did them on mine already. Two relays and boom. Super bright lights. LEDs parking and halos as well on my 65 Valiant. Cuda grille rocks. Left the factory lowers regular bulbs, wired the cuda grille lights for parking lights and did the switch jumper so they are always on when the headlights are on as well. Maybe 3-5 hour install time as long as you can follow the instructions dan has.

Lenses 85 from the net
Leds online from amazon (xenon brand) 90 bucks
Relays 10 bucks
Wiring roughly 20

These are the LED's I put on our 64 cuda. Intended for Jeep's but fits perfect. Can't say they're the HIGHEST quality, but they have worked great for 1 year so far. Draw almost no current and can actually see the road at night. With these you have to angle the headlights ALL the way down and does not disrupt other drivers.

Hey Deemo, please share with us where you bought the LED parking lights for the Cuda! I have the LED headlights but want THOSE parking lights!

I think cliff had those same ones. kinda weird looking but works great.

Amazon. Pick the color. But you have to be very careful with the cuda lenses as these go inside the lens casing. Best way to do it is with a belt sander. Lay halo lens flat and sand off half of the thickness with it. Then use clean silicone and silicone the led ring inside its case it comes with. Then silicone them in place on the cuda lights. When tightening the cuda lens in place be very careful not to over tighten it as they will crack. Drill a hole in the backside of cuda light housing and run wire through. Wire them up to a switch or to the parking lights. Super easy as long as you hide your wires.

Yeah, they are a little weird, but I have grown to love them. Mine are wired with key on for halo running lights, you can see the car coming at you in daylight from 1/4 mile away. Funny enough I have gotten a lot of great responses from people liking the way they look.

Any one ever use the add on halo rings on their stock headlight bulbs ? I rewired my car and have new bulbs in it, it`s fine for no more night driving than I do, but like the look of led halo rings.
???????????????????

I'm considering some like these for my 65 Valiant. They have white halos but also amber for use as turn signals. I'm planning to delete my side marker lights and turn signal lights for a cleaner look. I also like that they don't have a black face, since my car will be white.

I'm 65, and have hated those lights coming at me for at least 5 years. They cause my pupils to almost slam shut and I cannot see much of anything for a few seconds. At 65mph I am traveling at 95 ft per second. And you are coming at me also at 95 ft per second. 3 seconds is 570 feet. Figure it out.
But it gets worse, after you pass me, it will take my eyes another 2 or 3 seconds to relax,so another 300 or so feet. So for about 600 feet, I have been struggling to keep it in my lane. Do you really want to share the road with me?
I'm thinking of getting a paintball gun, and learning to hit moving targets.
Or are we talking about different lights here?

Myself, I hate the look of those to start with ! Looks way out of place on an older car. Heck, I don`t even care for them on new cars ! But do like the halo rings.

I feel the same way about the newer ford trucks, ford cant even get the headlights adjusted right on them !

Wouldn’t disagree with you. I have seen some halogen bulbs with LED halos that look a little more period. I just want an integrated turn signal.

I ended up throwing in the towel on finding any halo lights. The inside of the lights all look too modern for me. I did go with some Anzo LED lights though. I haven't had a chance to check them out at night yet. If they suck I will send them back. I have a set of Hella lights and halogen on hand to replace them if need be.

An update on the Anzo Headlights I installed on my mother's Valiant. They are super bright! I cannot recommend them more. They really do their job. Excellent product. They were pricey though.

Oh, I forgot... When they are on regular brightness, only the top half of the light it illuminated. When they are on bright the whole light is illuminated.. It looks really cool when they are on.

Thank you for the update! Any issues with aligning them so other drivers are not distracted by them?
