I'm setting up a dual quad tunnel ram and want to see what others have

My carbs are in line linkage. Cant remember the number tho. (Holley 650 tunnel ram carbs)

What about throttle cable, I can't see the original V8 cable reaching up to the rear carb? (That would be great if it does tho.)

Anyone care to show pics of there linkage and cable set up?

Part numbers if you remember em would be great!

Thanks for the help!

Let me go outside and get you the part number for kit you need. Im ASSuming you are mounting the carbs sideways. Inline is as easy as two hiem joints with a rod in between them.

BRB

Ok, what you want in an Enderle 73-107

I bought mine for a smoking deal here on FABO and snatched it up pronto.

If you google Good Vibrations they stock Enderle stuff and I ASSume if you google the part number you can see who else sells it.

You can use the OE throttle cable you just make a real short cable mount.

Edit: it's good vibrations motorsports. I just did the Google and there are some on eBay. I went to the GVM web site and they have the Enderle stuff but I didn't see the part number you need. They may have it, you just need to call and check.

They are inline and connected with two heim joints and a short rod, just wondering if anyone had brought the linkage down with bellcranks like in the kit you mention.

(We run that set up on the twin dominaters on pops car.)

I just cant see the stock cable reaching as it just barely reaches my high rise now and the new tunnel ram will be taller..

I'm leaving tomorrow for a week so I'm kinda scrambling to figure all this out and have all the parts ready when I get back.

I ran 660s on a tunnel ram years ago. Linkage was a simple T setup with the top of the T hooking to the throttle arms and the stock cable pulling on the bottom of the T. Stock bracket for the cable. For fuel I ran a single banjo and a double banjo in -6 size. Sorry, can't tell ya where to find but wouldn't be hard to make either. Still have the banjos and the 660s.

Ok, so your carbs have rear metering plates and not metering blocks or they wouldn't go inline.

Could the 660s be for sale ?

If you look up youngguns threads he did a linkage on his 470 with t ram, his setup was very clean looking!

I think I bought a Holley or MRGasket Throttle linkage kit for sideways mounted carbs. I used a 24 inch lokar throttle cable. Moded a factory throttle cable bracket and worked great. Never had any problems with the set up. I did end up haveing to bend the gas pedal up for more pedal travel.

Got the intake, carbs, fuel line and linkage mocked up, just in time to leave town...

When I get back I'm gonna change all the soft line over to hard line, I think it looks way cleaner.

Like:thumbsup:
You can let pop know the carbs asked if they could come with you for a while and go fast....
I see you're going 1 to 1? That will make things interesting real quick.... guaranteed...

The minute the pedal goes to the ground you'll find out how much that motor is capable of..
Edit: or it'll take a big dump and fall on its face LOL!

Here is my setup!

When built properly they make power all across the rpm range. This thing makes a ton of torque and is super crisp! Zero hesitation.
