I recently picked up a 64 Barracuda in great shape with 35k miles. It has a 273 auto and very well optioned. I am hoping to change out the 273 for more power and set it up to handle well. Hoping most of the answers to my questions can be found searching around the site but I'm sure I will be asking for advise....this is my first Mopar after countless GM and Fords.

Welcome from VT.
Nice Ride!!
I've only been on this site for about a year, but I can say it is a gold mine of information with great people who are always willing to help with information!

If you do decide to change out the 273, I would certainly be interested in it so keep me in mind.

Real nice Barracuda, looks pretty original. Might be worth more to keep it with the 273, but the people on here will have the answers if you change things up.

Welcome from MI. Personally, I’d leave a low mile car like that alone, but that’s just me. Great car and welcome to FABO

Welcome I grew up in Lowell Ma still got some mopar friends out there. Nice ride.

Welcome from WI. That is a very nice looking car.

Nice Cuda, low miles to boot! If it was driven every year of its life to 35K, that's an average pf 648 miles per year. My Duster has just under 26.5K averaging 576 miles per year. Mine sat for a long time, yours must have too at some point.

Like mentioned above. Hardly any use. Mine has 23,090 miles. Mine has been off the road since 1984.
