Trying to put the glass back in. I think I’m missing a piece. I believe the white pieces are what attaches it. Is it just those pieces or is there something else that goes on the glass?

Those and possibly a "plastic sleeve"' My Coronet uses these as well and has a plastic piece that runs from top to bottom. It is sort of a sleeve that goes over the edge for lack of a better description. It is held on by those clips. It may actually be weatherstrip on a Dart, but on the Coronet it was merely a piece of plastic.
 
Mine were old and clear plastic but those sound like what I'm describing. They "include" plastic clips and pins.

Maybe you can see the clear plastic strip on the edge of the glass. Those little plastic slider pads hold them on as previously stated. Once the window is installed you can't see em. You could probably do without em.
 
Comes as a kit. Buy it. What is now a clear plastic guide w/ pins, used to be a black fuzzy when new. The new plastic guides make it water tight.
 
Typically they sell the weatherstrip piece with the sliders.
They are sold uncut and unpunched.

Alan, nice pics. Am currently working on my glass. Do those holes in the sliders need to be punched in the new sliders?
 
You do have to punch at least the middle hole so the shoulders on the nylon sliders can go in (and the pin connecting them)...

The originals on my '72 did not have all three holes punched, but the sliders (either from wear or design) are slightly thinner too. If I do this again I'll punch three holes.
 
This has been an educational thread. I will now order the new seals for my car. I wondered if they could be acquired. Thanks guys.
 
The weather strips are available and not cheap, $80ish, the profile may be different. They are universal to all Mopars that need them so they will need to be sized and punched. I used a desktop palm hole punch, you need to pinch the trim so both sides can be done at the same time. The hole size needs to be matched to the sliders.

If your should purchase the reproduction glass channel runs, expect a battle. They are very fragile and easily torn. The OEM runs fit much better, but have been discontinued. If you do find a OEM pieces, they are bringing $200 to $600 per pair.

If you decide to use the reproduction runs, reuse your old nylon "H-Pin" slides. The reproduction "H-Pin" slides are a bit too thick. You can slightly sand them down to help some of the issues.
 
So I had some credit at Classic Industries so i bought their glass channels. WTF?? 99 bucks for for that? Anyways, it came with the h pins and the black channel. Still confused how this all goes together. What needs to be hole punched? What attaches with the h pins? How much of the black channel needs to be trimmed? Thanks for the help.

Look at the pictures i posted above (post #13), cut that same notch at one end (top), keep in mind a left and right as they are curved with the glass.
Test fit the weatherstrip and glass in the frame, If I recall the weatherstrip goes to the to of the glass (ignoring the notch in the glass).
Make sure you slide the weatherstrip all the way up, not the placement of the glass in the weatherstrip (the sides of the weatherstrip should go to the top off the glass ignoring the notch)
Once you confirm that then remove them from the frame and put the weatherstrip on the glass and note the hole locations.
I was able to pinch the weatherstrip and punch both sides at once.
Trim the bottom of the weatherstrip at the bottom of the glass.
