With Veterans Day on the 11th, I/we should take the time to thank ALL Veterans for their service to our Great Land. We are Free due to their sacrifice. Many do not receive the respect and honor they deserve. Thank you. sgrip65

Thanks to all that served, and, just as important, the patriots that support them.

A big thank you to all my Veteran brothers and sisters.

21 years Air Force Ground Radio Maintenance. Here's a long ago picture after an incentive ride in a T-37. The pilot allowed me to do an aileron roll. Great day!

alright greymouser, why?

one month short?
No more deployments. (March 31st last day) 70 days of leave saved up. plus 20 days house hunting, job hunting leave. I just turned into one of those pos lazy fed gov workers!!! ROFL! I wake up nearly stress free, it's fantastic! More time with my family & my Mopars.

Thank you to all Veterans. Hit home yesterday at the hospital I noticed a fellow's decorated cap, I followed younger family member pushing him to the cardiac department, Viet Nam Veteran, when the moment came to say thank you for all contributed then and after, he said bluntly "it put me in this wheelchair," all I could say was I wouldn't know what that feels like, sir, but thank you.

And why don't we recognize all our service members more?

Although I do know of a guy that quit at exactly this time in order to prevent his ex-wife from getting a single solitary dime.
Never underestimate the power of poisoned, vindictive heart!

Sometimes I wish I had done that! Oh well, I only lose 25%, after disability!

Son of a Vet here. Dad was proud of his service, and I miss him. My oldest daughter is a Marine. I tip my hat to you all. :usflag:
