Oh sorry, the cam attachment said 3 bolt in which my head went right to big block.
What heads do you have for this?

That is gonna be one baddass swinger!!! Is it in the car yet?73 swinger
Lots a folks said 10.8 static compression is to much for iron heads on pump 91 but I can tell you it's not.
When I go aluminum heads I'm gonna push pump gas even more. In fact I wanna push it right to the edge and maybe just a little bit past..

A lot also depends on the cam and timing as well as the quality of fuel. When asked about compression and fuel, I’d rather error on the side of caution for the reader for no problems in his build than grab a few tiny hp he will never notice. Proceed at your own risk.I ran my 10.6:1 5.9 magnum on 91 pump gas. Never had an issue and it ran GREAT. Had several people tell me it wouldn't work, but I did it anyways since those were the parts I had. I pulled it apart and didn't see any signs of detonation so it went back together with aluminum heads.
I thought the 4 cyl. were score dinner?!?!On the plate is, blue oval and bow ties, for dessert some dainty four cylinder snacks.
