I was talking to Ulf - @65dartcharger - about literature for our 65’s. So I dug it all out to take some pics. I’ve been collecting this stuff since 1984 when I acquired a Dart GT - enjoy! What literature do you have for your pride and joy? Let’s See some pics!

The 65 Dealer Data and Color and Upholstery books. The salesman used these with the customer to order options and chose colors. These were normally thrown away at the end of the model year so are typically difficult to find.

Of course Chrysler USA put out at least 2 brochures - Top is a large Prestige brochure for the whole line of vehicles; the smaller bottom a regular brochure also with all lines but in nit as much detail

Stripping instruction for the service people to follow when adding racing strips to the Dart GT. Found it interesting it said black stripes over yellow and nothing about any other colors!

Too is a list of codes/colors for standard and optional equipment; bottom is a pad to order the options on a new car

One of the sales slogans for 65. The stuff on the bottom was for the salesman to better sell the 65’s and was inserted into the top envelope.

Top is the well worn and sometime in it’s life wet cardboard box give to the Saleman to learn about the Go Go cars. Bottom is. 33 record and film strip (in the little red can. I’m sure this stuff was supposed to end in the dumpster at the end of the model year.

My wife gave me this brochure the day my Dart got delivered on the truck...and I just bought the air conditioning manual on eBay, because 65 Dartman let me know that it existed! :)

That’s the one Ulf sent me, has a pic of 66 Barracuda on cover. Did you check the prices? I wish

I would ask him if’s the one with a Barracuda on the cover except he deployed to Afghanistan over the weekend. He’s a member here as well.

All cool stuff...I like seeing things like this!

That Dart Go Go stuff must be really scarce...I’ve never seen it before

Thread moved to Early A body and made into a sticky. Great information!

Don! Thanks to you I took some time today trying to picture everything I have collected over the years. This also includes the Mopar Multi Purpose Line stuff. I forgot the 1965 Dodge Dealer book and the upholstery book!
