Not sure. Last one I found was from a GMC dealer that closed. Ford used them also I have heard.

Stamping# DR1114442
Part# 3514892 (Carter AVS)
1970 340
Carburetor: 4936S, 4937S
Round head, no integral bracket

I have done a bunch of the mopsr distribs with the vac retard and they work along with the solenoids. Guys are always looking for them.

Mike he needs the stupid one for the vac advance retard. Far and few between.
Not sure if it is the one coming in that ignition lot I bought.

This is the one Jim is looking for

dave is correct.thats what i need. i need it to set the curb idle in order to time the engine.if anyone has it on a carb and doesn't want to separate i will buy the whole carb.

Should be able to in the meantime. If it diesels on shut off then you want one.

I bought a bunch of 70 Challenger parts that were left overs from a guy's build. In the bottom of the tote was an idle solenoid and I didn't think much about it. Later when we were drinking beer and going through everything, I ran the part number. Although the Challenger was a 340 it used the same part number as the Hemi. I posted on Moparts asking questions about it's value and immediately got an offer of $450 plus shipping for it. Apparently they are repopped but they don't have the pentastar on them. I paid $75 for the tote.
The last run Chinese repos dont work, are advertised as such..SHOW ONLY, non functional, ( see Halifaxhops 3rd link in his links list provided ).

No pentastar on Mopar solenoids...its the stamped number that makes them worth the money.
Your solenoid in the parts box had to be a DR1114429, which is for 1971 340 thermoquad only, also Hemi and 70 only 440-6.
The stamped numbers are the money shot for the big $$ dogs.
If all else fails. you can contact me,... I have the correct DR1114442 in NOS or used seen in bottom photos
