Recomended replacement rear springs for 67 cuda with a 440. Not 2003 or 2002 ss springs. I’d like mine to sit even in the back. Thanks

If you have a local spring service close, contact them ,they might have a way to use your current springs.

I agree. When I was looking to order my springs for my Charger, I called ESPO spring and asked what they had to offer. I will be running a 440 4spd setup. If I remember correctly, the springs they suggested had 5 full leafs per side, with an extra half leaf on the driver side and 2 half leafs on the passenger side.

I said I wanted the backend to sit level and I was concerned with the extra half leaf on the passenger side because I didn't want the passenger side rear to sit higher like seemed to happen with the "Super Stock" springs. She told me that the car would sit even and that the extra half leaf is just to help handle the extra torque on acceleration (to stiffen the front half of the spring) but that they are arched differently so as not to have that side sit higher.

My point is that the people at ESPO Springs and Things were very helpful. The shop working on my car has finished paint work and is getting ready to reinstall the engine and suspension, so we should soon see how it sits.

Good to hear this. They were excellent with me and my projects. Spot in every time.

I consider Laura at ESPO to be the sharpest Vendor I've ever dealt with. She knows everything about what she sells.
