Yeah...been here for 22 years now. My old stomping ground was down in New Braunfels back in the late 80's and 90's. Love to get back there someday...

Hate to break it to you but everything that was once good about that area is ruined. As in everything you remember good about it is dead. I just moved home after being in Dripping Springs for 8 years. My aunt has been there since 1979 so I spent a lot of summers there when I was a kid. All the cool places are history. Barton Springs, Pedernales Falls, Hamilton Pool, The Guadalupe river. All of it....ruined.

I hear ya... I still visit and it's nothing like it was in the 80's...however I'd still like to be in the hill country area over Denton...or North Texas for that matter. As an outdoors person North Texas is flat and boring...Dallas sucks...area is full of libs and California transplants. I always find myself heading into Oklahoma to Wichita
Mountains for a pseudo since of being in the hill country... :^)

I hear that. Its sad. Never spent much time in Oklahoma. If I go that far I am headed for Colorado.

Brian, welcome aboard! That is a super cool lookin car! Looks purdy danged straight. You will come up with more answers to your questions by posting them in the appropriate sections of the forum, rather than here. A lot of people don't look at or post in the welcome wagon much. I am guilty of this myself.

Also the search function here is great....I have found a ton of information using it. Cowtown Mopar has a big show at the Summit warehouse coming up in about a month...might see you there?

Thanks 383. I did search for cow town mopars for Facebook and all I found was cowtown mopar performance. I looked in their forums and they have pretty old posts. I appreciate the help. Yes I’ll be there at the summit mopar show.

Go to FB and look for also Dallas Mopar club, I see some pics from last Falls show at Arlington, I was there and have a nice turnout, also 6-7 parts vendors. they will also have a spring show.
