Has anyone attempted to restore 63/64 Dart headlight bezels? Mine have some pretty good dings & dents in them but no holes. I did a search on here but didn't come up with anything. Any help is appreciated.

It can be done, its just like removing a dent on a fender but on a smaller scale. I've straightened a couple of trim pieces, but I haven't tried a headlight bezel. I've had decent luck with making dollies out of hardwood shaped to match the part and sort of pushing the dents out rather than whacking it with a BFH.
My bezels are pretty beat up also, if I don't find a better set by the time I get the car painted, I'm going to try straightening them.

I took some to a shop in Phoenix - they smoothed them out and polished them up nice and pretty (but removed the flat black paint on the inside...I need to mask them off and repaint them) - IIRC, it was about $45/ea? Took about a week

Doit your self. It's not really hard ,just remove the anodizing first! It's a pita if you don't. (I use original Easy-off oven cleaner , yellow top with lye in it) then gently push the dent out using various rounded tools. (popsicle stick, scrap wood shaped to the curves and such work good)then lightly (220 or higher grit please I use a sanding block and 400 grit as my first check and then go 600 after that)sand to find the high spot. rinse and repeat.

Now All I have to do is either re-anodize and paint the band or just paint the band and wax it yearly.
I thought that Layson's was going to make some new ones soon, but I haven't heard anything recently about how soon they would be available.

I had mine done by Concourse Mouldings, their condition wasn't too bad, but I've seen him do MUCH WORSE. He did a fantastic job, also did my grille and valance panel. Highly recommended... Before and after photos below...

Is Concourse in Australia or here in the States? And how much did that set you back (if you don't mind me asking)?
They are. Not sure when either AND when I checked they are around $150 to $200 each.

They are in Australia, in the outskirts of Sydney.
As well as the grill, valance panel, valance panel mouldings, headlight rims they also repaired some 'roof rack dents' from the rain gutter moulds and the chrome strip on the bottom edge of the boot lid. All that came to about $1200 and took about eight weeks turn-around and I reckon it is BETTER than new! I shuddered a bit when I got the bill, but once I screwed them on and had a look at the finished job, hey who cares!!!
