Hey guys, just recently bought a '75 dart and subsequently signed up for this forum. Seemed like the first logical step. I've been looking for a project for about 5 years now and this dart was found by my girlfriend and was too good of a deal to pass up. I have been accumulating parts for a mopar build of any sort for a little bit now but I still have some questions, mostly about body work as it isnt my forte. I'll have parts that I'll want to get rid of as I build the thing. It's an SE so if anyone needs anything I'll see if I have it. Thanks for reading. Hope I can help you and you can help me. Would love to hear people's thoughts and opinions.

There is a wealth of information here.....how to articles and searching the forums will probably result in a resolve of most of your inquiries....but if that does not find you the answers, I am sure posting your question(s) will.

My thoughts are I like your weather a lot better than mine.
Too flipping hot in the summer here in Dixie.
I also like that color.
I'm partial to earth tones and that sort of qualifies because it's darker.
Cranberry? What is the color code?
Got the fender tag?
(Your girl friend sounds like a keeper)

I havent found the tag yet but I think its paint code is E9, Vintage Red. She definitely is a keeper lol

The plan is to have it back on the road in a year or 2. I'm the third owner of it and it's been garage kept for most of its life. It has a swapped in 360 crate motor but I have a 4th gen hemi to put in it and a 2015 ram 9 1/4 rear end to cut down and put back there

Welcome from a former Abbotsford resident. Bought the green Dart in the avatar pic in the Mission area many years ago for the grand sum of $70.00, as a complete but non running project, 318/904 auto, still wore the original rallye wheels until I sold it 22 years later.

Sweet, know anyone that could build me a cage for an ok price?

Welcome from over on Vancouver Island. We have a great body shop over here who sponsors our Mopar club, Linwood Custom Restoration, if you're unsure a direction to go with body/paint. Chris Linwood travels to the mainland often to pick up/drop off customers cars.
