Has anyone used PRW Rocker arm system part #3231812 I'm looking for a diagram on installation as there instruction say "wash and dry parts , soak in oil and install" pretty generic , wondering if anyone has breakdown as to what shims go where

Or any helpfull information

I have those on my 340. I'd advise you to closely inspect the bushings. I had one that was buggered up. Also make sure the rollers sit flush on the valve stems once they're installed. Other than that, be ready to spend some time shimming them to allow .010"-.020" clearance between pairs.

Is that the stainless rockers? Just curious.

As mentioned above, every head is different. There is no set order for shims.

Center the tip of the rocker over the valve stem and shim accordingly. .010-.015 is about perfect.

I have a set of those, not on the car yet. I shot brake cleaner down the shafts and blew them out thoroughly. Found a couple of the oil ports on the rockers were semi-plugged with crud and I didn't like how the adjuster threads felt. Completely dis-assembled and ran a tap through each one then took a paper clip and cleared out all the oil passages in the rockers and blew them out with compressed air. A few minutes in an ultrasonic tank would be ideal, so I did that too. Made sure all the rollers were free, assembled adjusters, and soaked in oil. Assembled onto the oiled shafts and set aside for install at a later date. Can't help with the shims other than to suggest reading one of the rebuild books or factory manual for clearances.
