They would make a killing with a few ice machines around, actually surprised it is not there. I am lucky live somewhat near and have family/friends bring it in. Go block ice lasts longer.

What about spring road trailer and tow parking? Is this the lot just south east of the Fire Station?

Yeah. And liquid nitrogen ..ie dry ice" is even better.......
But only bringing a "medium" size cooler.
Driving, "staying", in a Nissan Sentra.
Leaving at noon on Sat to make 6 hour drive to Western NY.
Dropping her off for a week but l am leaving Sunday morn to come back to N.C. to work on Monday.
Hence ...... Ice question.
Thanks.

We stay on the Carlisle fairgrounds every year and buy ice every day. They sell it up at the grandstand food vendors and the price is not even that inflated.

Available onsite and.......

There are stores with ice available near by.

I usually get mine at the Turkey Hill on Spring Road on the way in each morning.

There is a big cruise night Thursday evening. I can see the place in my mind but couldn't tell you how to get there. Its not to far from the fairgrounds.
Ask around or hopefully someone follows with a name and location. Not much help, but yes they have one.

Sounds like you may be referring to the 'Kick-off to Carlisle' put on by The Mopar Rebellion club? If so, a quote from the Carlisle Events website;

"Free Thursday Evening Kick-Off to Carlisle
Hosted By Mopar Rebellion at the Carlisle Expo Center
The show may officially begin on Friday but the fun starts on Thursday with the Kick-Off to Carlisle party hosted by Mopar Rebellion. It is held at the Carlisle Expo Center at starts at 4 p.m. The expo center is a block west of the fairgrounds and is easily accessible by foot. If driving to the kick-off, you can input 100 K St., Carlisle, PA 17013 into your GPS.

The Kick-Off features inexpensive food, music, great Mopars and more. It is free for participants and spectators! There’s no judging – just fun with well over 400 cars. Be sure to arrive early before all of the spots are gone. Check out Mopar Rebellion on Facebook for more details on a fun all-Mopar event. "

Easy way to get there? Leave the fairgrounds via Gate 3 & proceed straight ahead, the Expo Center will be on your left, maybe a 1/4 mile or so.

You need to leave your spot more often, ice is there. ;-)
