For my 1973 Dart I have a pair. So wanted to know what others did? Innstall on seat belt bolts or on the factory hangers.
I never got under there yet as rain for next week or so with a cat 1 hurracane on the way.
Note} My car has both hangers since it is a 340 car. So thinking it would be silly not to use them.
Or is it not possible?

What are you referring to? Hanger for TTI headers or exhaust pipe from header extension?

TTI didn't make their system to work with the factory rear hangers and brackets. They could have as they have all the body specs, and made the exhaust pipes/tail pipes/hangers accordingly so the mufflers/tail pipes would hang in the factory location. I had to do the seat belt bolt trick too. Didn't care for it but was stuck with it.

Thanks. I guess Imam stuck with doing the seat belt longer bolt.
Seem silly since I have 2 nice factory hanger brakets. That TTI would not use them.
Only thing I can think of is they do it that way for cars that had single pipes before.
Gonna look silly though as my car has a painted underside and 2 unused brakets.

Do you have the TTI exhaust system?
Their location will work with their tailpipes.
If you are using factory shaped tailpipes then use the factory hanging locations.
If duals with an X- the mufflers - again position will be somewhat dictated if using TTI's.
H-pipe and no connection there's probably enough adjustment.

All i was able to do was get a long bolt in and stick a hanger on it. The angle of the hanger looks like it would not line up with the rear of the mufflers. As the hanger goes on end of mullfer and beginning of tail pipes.
Maybe they sent the wrong hangers for an A Body.
Anyone have pictures of this area all i see on the net that part of the picture is not shown.
What I was going to do was:
I have the factory hangers installed on the car. I know they are right as the car was orginal and look like the ones on tne net Accutare sells and everyone else.
Some 2.5" Accurate SS tips that slide over pipes.
Hung the TTI muffler hangers and they did not look like they would line up witn any muffler location.
