i always get nervous when i see a guy in an open trench like that a guy got killed here recently when the walls collapsed on him in a trench and suffocated him

I dont like it either but am tired of doikie in my home.It ruined my floors in 2 rooms beside crap floating in the house and having to clean it up plus the 8 g I spent in it.I rather buy stock with the money.

I`m not sure,"been out of the deal for a few yrs", a lot has changed concerning septic tanks here too. I think if u have over 3 acres , u can still use lateral lines only . here . ???

I wish I could have redone mine but I have clay and the system was originally built in 1984.

That happened to my father in law before my wife was born. Walked caved in, pinning and killing another guy almost instantly. The only thing that saved my father in law was he fell forward on his knees and he had an air pocket between his head, chest and knees. It took them awhile but they finally got him out. I’m super grateful, since their 3 youngest daughters weren’t born yet, my wife is the youngest.
 
Been there done that! The centipede is finally taking hold to make it right again!

No lines just sprinklers.1500 gal total with 3 compartments.1st on has a aerator and last one gets bleach drizzle and has a pump to sprinkle the yard with no smell
 
That's includeing running electricity and sidewalk. I had bids as low a 7200 and high as 8700 but wasnt I including the electrical line and sidewalk
 
Coulda got a custom air conditioned Porta Potty with cable tv for way less ! jus sayin"
I'll bet that house cleanup had to be a pain in the rump, damm.
